Isn't it a checkmate ?
no checkmate is when you check and have nowhere to move
If you moved your Queen to (a6 or a7 or b4 or b5) it would have been Checkmate.

If you look at the square that the king is on, it is not in check. As all other squares are, the king cannot move so it is stalemate.
