When to trade into a Endgame

In general, here are some scenarios where it is more likely favorable to trade into an endgame.
2 Bishops advantage, especially against 2 knights. Just make sure the position is atleast relatively open.
Having a protected passed pawn. Again usually.
Having rooks on the 7th.
