If black has a Rook and extra pawn.
But white has only rook
How to draw this as white?

I probably wouldn't worry about such an endgame at your level but I'll answer your question nonetheless. Basically, you want to keep your rook on the 6th rank, shuffling it, until white commits their pawn to the 6th rank. Then, you want to move your rook all the way to the 1st rank and repeatedly check white.
