Have any of you ever played chess and just when you are about to win all the pieces start checking and capturing all of my pieces please tell me how to avoid this
When checks start coming, don’t get frustrated. ESPECIALLY if it is a queen. Think, “if I do x, what will my opponent do?” Don’t play a move if it walks into a fork, skewer, etc. Because trust me, I have lost many times playing with my dad when I was up a bishop and then check check check check check check check fork check check check check check check fork and now I’m down seven points.
