Why I can't see my "Global" ranking?

I have been registered for more than 90 days why I do not see my rank ?

Can anyone explain to me how this list works ?

It may be that you have to have a certain number of games over a certain time frame. Since you had a month gap in your Rapid games, that may be the issue.

Thanks Martin It's a hypothesis but I would like to know how it really works.

I finally question the support of the site. I did not get an answer but the next day I saw myself in the list. I concluded that there was a bug.

I have the same problem, I see the percentage and points but can't even see the global rankings and they never answer

Well activate your account first and wait for some games if your glicko rd comes down you will se the result 

Which category? How many games have you completed in the category in the last 90 days? (Need 20 rated games in a live category, I believe).

But even then, I have played enough rapid games and have been told the reason the system is not ranking me correctly is some sort of bug.

I don't understand chess.com's way of dealing with bugs. When I have dealt with bugs, I generally identified them and solved them in the same day. Chess.com seems to have a different policy where for pretty much every bug I draw attention to, they are too busy failing to fix other bugs to get round to attempting to fix it. Either that, or they don't have anyone up to the job. If so, there is an obvious solution.

There is also a good principle of software development that it would be good to follow: don't generate bugs faster than you can fix them.

To put it another way, devote a large enough proportion of effort to debugging so that bugs do not accumulate - rather they briefly appear and are dealt with promptly because there is no significant backlog.

The alternative is to keep ignoring bugs, do new development because it is less tedious, and watch the bugs accumulate exponentially over time, with longer and longer lifetimes.
