Why are there no more open seeks?

I just checked the open seeks page and saw two open game seeks. If you don't see any seeks to accept you always have the option of creating your own game seek. 
Thats kind of a good thing. If there are lots of open seeks, it means people aren't finding games. The reason why there are so few open seeks is because new games are consantly being matched and started.
Adds to the excitement too (never know who you'll get).
I can't remember how many open seeks i made when i first started playing, i think it was only 2. But neither sat for even an hour before being accepted. They go pretty quick. If you wanna play, the open seek is a good option.
I attribute it to both the inception of Live Chess and Tournaments.
What's up with chess.com? I've been here 7 times in the last 5 days and there were NO open seeks ALL 7 TIMES. I mean COME ON PEOPLE! WHAT's going on here?
