This is great, but
just a small question: won't 3 days per move take for ever (or 8 months)?

the numbers in all the vote chess games seem to be declining. the top rated players are there to lead the teams & they're probable more into chess. perhaps the lower rated players feel useless or that they're just along for the ride. and it can be frustrating for the stronger players when they get out voted. in essence chess is not a team sport.
