It would be a fun feature to have a "# of wrong moves" for each puzzle. It would go up one for every wrong move you make when trying to solve the puzzle.
Not that I ever make a wrong move when doing the puzzles. And certenly not because I'm so lost on a puzzle that I move every peice to see what the correct move is, only to find that the instructions say "Black to move", and I've been moving white. No, none of that.
Not sure if it would be easy to implement in the Java.
That's sounds pretty cool...fellow flawless puzzle solver. I've seen related things online (sudoku in particular) where you are timed and shown how many attempts you've made. Coupled with the fact that we log in here, I wonder if it would be practical to have a sort of progress tracker. Hm...sounds like a premium feature to me.
