Ran into someone who would stall out checkmate or wouldn't resign. Either, if they had checkmate would taunt and be like "oh my bishop is under attack" and such. Anything I can do about this person? (I would put them on blast but A) is British and don't need to give them the attention and B) you can't post accounts cause it's against forums TOS).
