What about a new feedback system that would allow everyone to leave his comment about the correctenes of players after every game, so that it would be possible to avoid non-reliable contenders?

Well, I really don't know if such a feedback-system could be branded as a way of "ratting people out", expecially if you don't intend it to be obligatory. But maybe you're right.
If they go on holiday, that stops all their games, right? So they are de facto quitting if they refuse to finish the game. There ought to be a special case of time control to wrap it up.

No more so than anywhere else, PawnFork. Most people are great although, of course, occasionally you get somebody who's not. Once you've identified them you can refuse further challenges.
I had a rant about it early in this thread but have since become more comfortable about the situation. People are people and, overwhelmingly, this is the friendliest site I've ever played on.
