Problem with ratings

at the turnament when I press 'pairing' the rating of our house is right, but then the 2sc and 3rd have the same rating at the same order, and then new rating and then it repeat itself again...

what is it?

At the parinig section in the tounement - where you see the hpuses of the players the ranking of the players in the first house is ecectly the same is the ranking of the player in the second hous eand the third house (when it's not like that originaly)
