I hope you will find some time (between developing all these wonderful updates) to play in the first official chess.com tournament! I'm looking forward to the games.
I've lots of questions about Chess.com tournament's but i guess ill wait 24 hrs. till official information get published.

I have a question for Erik or anyone else - the tourney help page says a silver member can play in 10 member-created tourneys, but it doesn't say the time span. Does that mean 10 total per month, per year, or just ten at a time maximum?
Also, is there a feature by which I can create a tournament and then officially invite a player to join in, or do I have to message that opponent and tell them how to find the listing?
I'm so pumped about this new feature! Just one more reason why I am willing to pay to play here - nice work.
It's 10 tournaments at a time. when one finishes, you can join another. However, it only counts unofficial tournaments. Only platinum members can create "invite only" tournaments. We havent decided yet if we want to allow TDs to invite players to join, we may limit it to friends only.
thanks jay - I have another small suggestion - when it lists upcoming tourneys by starting date, it would be helpful to see the actual starting date.

So, looks like there are a lot of tournaments going on in the forums. That is really cool that everyone has been inventive and decided to make their own.
I just wanted everyone to know that within 24 hours we will launch official tournaments on Chess.com! Members will be able to create and run their own tournaments as well!
