Lichess, here we go. Should have been earlier, but somewhat shamefully I must admit that useless UI features of chess.com kept me for a while.
now we have to pay for game analysis? ππππ
[removed -- MS] offers a massive game portfolio to its players with over 7,000 games including categories such as slots, table games, jackpots, and live dealer games. The game lobby is full of popular titles as well as new games as it is powered by 78 different providers.
Unfortunately we are not gamblers
Fun fact: analysis with the engine is still free and unlimited on chess.com.
What you are confusing it with is "Game review", but that is useless anyway, so it does not matter.
Well said, except game review cannot possibly be useless.
@EM1SAR the site looks promising, but how will we be able to review our chess games of ches.com on your site ? Kindly elaborate cause it looks promising.
I really don't like that you have to pay for more than one Analysis a day. I just review my games on lichess.
There is a simple trick to evaluate your chess.com games for free. [After you finish the game,] You just go to the >>> SHARE <<< button and grab the PGN... etc. [ See original post ]
So, even when Chess.com does not allow you to SAVE the game... You can still access the PGN. Then go to Lichess, etc. as VerySmartPony described in his original post. [see *_this_* thread, Post #16, Sept. 1st, 2024]

game review isn't actually useless..
game review isn't actually useless..
Oh yes, it is.
Just some AI crap which means nothing substantial to the casual chessplayer.
In my own experience, for someone under 1800 Elo, you can benefit from the reminders of principles that Post-Game Review provides on Chess.com.
Post-Game Review on Chess.com has been UNLIMITED with a GOLD membership ($50/yr) when I signed up in January 2024. Now, it seems you will need a PLATINUM membership ($80/yr) for that privilege. I'm going to figure out how to use the Post-Game Review on Lichess and try it out.
I haven't tried "Post-Game Review" yet. But, it turns out that if you import your game's PGN into a Lichess "Study," you can replay it as White or Black and each move will have a Green, Orange, or Red light assigned to it. For Orange or Red, a better move will be suggested. I'm finding this to be helpful.
yup, this site has a lot of problems with their interface. i really regret giving them money.
I would rather sell my soul to Tzeentch to become the best chess player in the world than Pay to see what I did wrong in a game against some guy I have never met before
People who know how to get free reviews on the site πΏπΏπΏ
People who got gifted memberships (i.e. me) πΏπΏπΏ

That is so sorry I can’t believe how desperate this site wants us to pay for premium. I mean seriously, first it was the puzzles which I thought was sad because there’s literally a website with nothing but chess puzzles for free online. But this analysis thing is sad because honestly I get it it’s a unique service but the fact that you have to pay for it is so sad.
You're agreeing that it has a unique service but don't want to pay for it. How about the people who create it, aren't they interested in money? A good job has to be paid.

// Game Review shows colours and gives me fresh mind or else i would never have been alive lol xD
Yea... You have to pay, but tell me any other site that gives game reviews like this.. Any other site exists? Nahh... So, if you want this type of Game Review then simply Buy Membership, they give you 1 free review daily to give you an experience...
Go to lichess, there is no game review.. It's manual analysis. Go to any other website, same thing. You should be happy something like this exists...
I understand you don't wanna pay for analysis, but if you want good stuff u gotta pay for it.. It's the only kind of thing in the market, so why won't chess.com cash on it..
If you want free stuff, gotta do stuff manually too!!
Puzzles are a whole another thing...
I only donβt care about them in hyperbullet because i suck at that shi
