okay, noone is biting. How about I just organize a low rank tournament?
Here's what I've thought of so far
- ~32 players
- ranking 900 or less
- [x] rounds of swiss with a top 8, (or 4)
- unrated games so noone gets stuck playing a much higher rated player just because they wanted to play a tournament.

I'm thinking of making a new group on chess.com.
I would like to invite your thoughts of what kind of group would be most attractive to low ranked players such as myself. I would like group wide tournament play, hopefully matched in ranking brackets.
