if you’re really focused on self improvement you would be wanting to learn new things yourself not chase clout and recognition

yesterday I was dreaming about how I can improve my self-esteem and came to an idea: What if they chess.com community is voting every year for its Most Important Member (only pure community people, not the "superfamous" GMs and Content Creators), and the winners will be rewarded somehow.
