I have no idea if  was possible to compare both, but if it was possible, in your opinion, what it would be?

It's like trying to compare apples to oranges, but hey, let's give it a shot!. So, if we take a high chess.com rating like 2000+, it could be somewhat similar to reaching the Global Elite rank in CS2. Both require a considerable amount of skill and experience to achieve. Similarly, if we look at a rating range of around 1500-1800, it might be comparable to the Legendary Eagle Master rank in CS. Of course, it's important to remember that this is just a fun comparison and not a definitive measure.

I’d say it’s tough to compare directly, but a Chess.com rating of around 1200-1300 might feel similar to Silver or low Nova in CS. It’s the point where you’ve learned the basics but still make many mistakes. Once you get into the 1500-1600 range, that’s probably more like Gold Nova or MG, where you’re starting to understand deeper strategies but not yet hitting that high-level play. At the higher end, 2000+ could be comparable to DMG and beyond, where consistency and advanced knowledge are key in both games. Ultimately, the skill sets differ, but the idea of progression through practice feels similar.
