Blunder check before you move. Think about your move, decide. Do not play your intended move, but imagine it played on the board. Check it is no blunder: does not hang any piece or pawn, does not run into checkmate. Only then play it.
How to blunderless in Chess

Ok tygxc by visualization you tend to limit suboptimal moves
I am curious do you visualize at every turn or just in handful of critical situations?

Usually I visualize at critical situations it's sorta redundant to calculate for 30 min on a easy move
I really hate the term blunder check because it's going "make sure you don't play bad moves and it doesn't hang anything " not hanging pieces is easy enough to do not knowing if it is a bad move or not is tricker that's why working on calculation and visualization is important
There can be no strategy here, you have to be fully concentrated and think what will the opponent do if you move your piece there. And the move doesn't have to be made very quickly if you have the time, back then I trained my concentration by playing for 15 minutes and maybe after this blitz week I have to do it again
Blundering is what all chess players despise from their side.
Just curious 🧐 what is your strategy to blunder to the minimum.
