you are correct, sir. it's four moves or more.
If someone sits down at an OTB tournament game and resigns on the first move, does that count for ratings? If so, why aren't they doing that here. Four moves can be 12 days @ 3 per move. Isn't my time worth something?
how many moves have to be played before your rating is affected when the opposition resignes/runs out of time ?
