Hi Gaby, I played through your losses against baha and dimabar. I see two basic flaws in your game that are holding you back:

You don't follow opening principles. In the opening you should aim to control the center and develop your minor pieces. Instead, you are all about checkmate, checkmate, checkmate! A keen tactical eye for forks, pins, skewers, discoveries, and mates could also have helped you avoid disaster. Chess.com has a tactics trainer, and there are also books like Seirawan's Winning Chess Tactics that can help.

just wondering, but wouldn't this be a good move for white? 12... Nc3

Yes, that's a good move, but it also loses. I actually considered it... if you click on "Move List" in the original diagram you'll see what it leads to. :)

erm, 22...Kxc8=  The win there was easy once you know how.  You must use your king to support your pawn.  with 17.Kd7 your king can support the pawn all the way from c6 to c8 without moving again.

That's almost true. I'm good at chess, but look at my rating! No one's better at chess; we're all the same level. It's how you play and your strategy.
