In my opinion, the good chess rating for 12 year-olds is between 600-1900 or even above.
I’m a fetus and am 3200 is that good? I’ll abort myself if you say no

That's amazing. I've played chess for 4 years and my rating is around 900.
Man actually depends how serious you take chess. If your here to just chill then any rating's good. If you're taking chess as a hobby then prob above 800. If you want to reach grandmaster levels then above 1800...? I'm not sure about that but everyone have to start at one point anyway.

I’m a 12 year old who has grown more than 200 Elo in 3 months - is that considered ok? I’ve been hovering around 650 for the last couple of weeks

Well that just means you're improving. If you feel like you're stuck in a rating range then just learn something new. Or else just go with the flow. All the best!!
