does anyone break down when you loose a queen or any other emotion when you play chess?

Just between you and me....um...no.

It's stupid! I mean, you're almost guaranteed to lose your queen, and if you don't, then you have a good command over the game anyway, so why bother worrying? Even if I'm only a pawn up, if I lose my queen, I just trade-rush to get to the endgame so I can promote a new one. And if I'm down, I still don't worry. I just try to get a tactical shot to fork or skewer or something or other to even the odds.

Seriously...what's the big deal?

I suppose when you say some emotion, I have been know to type in an ouch! if I lose a piece, or an errrr! if my opponant, gets me with a move I should have seen, I have even been know to type, a 'well done when someone beats me, but as for Breaking down? no way.

I get angry and frustrated, that's about it.

I believe that emotion should really have no bearing on the game.  If you lost a piece through a blunder, or manipulated yourself into a hopeless position, evaluate the position and play the best move.  The most important move is the next one, so do not worry about what you cannot change.
