Does racist abuse = automatic account closure?
Sort:
I was racially abused in a DM. What are the ToS with respect to this on chess.com? If found 'guilty' does this mean an automatic account closure or not?
I ofcourse reported but cannot tell if something has been done about it or not.

I think it depends on the severity and account history. There's a chance a long or permanent mute might occur but it could be a closure

If the account is closed you'll be able to see that in their profile. If they're muted instead, the only way you'll know is if they have posted content which will be hidden.

That message didn't say that anyone had been muted.
All it said was that action had been taken. It doesn't say what action was taken. The action might have been to send a warning.
