Does anybody think that chess.com support feels rude?

It used to be very good but that was 15 years ago. Steadily downhill due to weight of numbers and insufficient attention given to creating a friendly playing space. There is a lot of comments to this effect if one looks at the internet in general.

Yeah, like how Uber is dogwater now, but was good.

Speaking as someone relatively new to this website, I'm impressed with the ethics ingrained within the chess community and feel the support staff re-enforce and promote that culture.
