coco's knock out tournament

i wanted to create my own and hopefully make it successful. The turn tournament style will be single knock out where each player will player the other 16 people in the tournament the chalenger will play as white or black if they want to. After everyone has played their game i will match you back up.(Wins are 1 point, draws are 1/2, and losses are 0)

To register, post in this forum and say I'd like to join and post your rating at the time.  Registration will be closed as soon enough people sign up.

Summary of Rules 

-All games will be started as soon as possible after registration is closed you can start your games

-All games will be 1-3 days per turn it does not matter

-Don't overdue vacations or you will be disqualified. (More than 1 week is unreasonable unless there is sufficient reason)   

-All games are to be labeled "Coco's knock out tournament

-The game will only be rated if both players agree to it. If for some strange reason one player does not wish the game to be rated then it will be allowed.
