What are you talking about?
The account settings has a "Membership Plan" section that shows the next billing date, how much you'll be charged and an option to "Manage Membership" that brings you to a page with a "Cancel Subscription" button right at the top of the screen.
It's honestly one of the most transparent and clean sites imaginable.
