No it didn't transpose into a scandinavian. I'm not sure whether that is even possible .
But here is another example: d4 Nf6 Bf4 c5 is NOT Ruy Lopez Spanish Countergambit
Spanish Countergambit is e4 e5 Nf3 Nc6 Bb5 d5

That second line is what shows in an analysis board for that opening. Where exactly are you seeing it show differently? Do you have screenshots or links to the game on this or the other?
