Sorry chess.com its been a great ride however as a FIDE rated player that play OTB I can clearly say that there is a LOT of intermittent cheating on your website that goes unaddressed and the fact that is not even discussed to find a solution and move forward doesn’t warrant the subscription fees.my ELO here is nowhere near my OTB ability and have analysed games from opponent ms that their statistical probability to perform at certain level is extremely low yet they are still not banned and keep winning games with accuracies and move combination that are highly improbable to say the least.

The site closed 62,500+ accounts in May for fair play violations and has a full team of staff working on reports along with some automated systems for detection.
