Blogging - categories etc

I was wondering if there is a way to label or categorize one's blog posts here at chess.com... (for example, I would like to categorize my posts as chess improvement, games collection, annotated games, Fischer etc, so that if one clicked Chess improvement, only posts dealing with that subject would show.)

Thoughts? Help?

Thanks!

hrmm...... good question. i'm not sure how soon we could build in custom categorization. in the meantime you might want to classify them in the title. like: FISCHER: Why I Miss Bobby or something. i mean, we COULD do this, but that would divert attention from Live Chess, tournaments, etc and the marginal benefit... you know what I mean? :)

I know what you mean chessiq and I've wondered the same thing, but I agree with erik that being able to add tags to blog posts is desirable, but a long way down on the priority list.

I know what you mean about the priorities. I would choose Live Chess and Tourneys over being able to categorize the posts - any day!

I have been including the label in the title: How to Improve at Chess: tip# xy etc. It is working okay. It was just an idea I thought you could add to your list of to-dos when you have time... ;-) Wink

I knew you would appreciate this since you are a "blogger" - just like me! Just thought I should bring it up even though it is not a big deal.
