An initiative to reduce stalling/abandoning games?

Would you take part in group reporting of players who engage in stalling/abandoning games?

This is particularly relevant in, but not limited to, the online tournaments context...

quote from a private xonversation:

"I still believe that the Club named "Fair Play Tournaments" must use whatever means are available to ensure _Fair_Play_Tournaments!

In the long run, it might even be a foundation for advocating a change in chess.com policy...

How do you feel about that?"

The site already flags players that do that habitually.

policy is what policy does

It works as well as any method would and educates members that do it about the restrictions and the consequences.
