Account "kicked"

I beat a chess.com staff member in an unrated bullet game.  His account is arnster31.  He kicked me off from playing future games and blocked me so I couldn't ask him why.  Can someone let me know what community guidelines I violated?  After the game, I messaged him "oh arnie" as he resigned early without his position being that bad (by bullet standards, anyway).  What's up with this?

I just want to be able to play again, or have an explanation of my violation, thank you

Apparently others get "kicked" for using foul language or profanity -- this wasn't the case here. I'm being punished for upsetting a chess.com staff member in an unrated game?

What do you mean by kicked? You can't play any games now? Are you banned from playing?

It seems that your interaction with the chess.com staff member, arnster31, may have violated community guidelines related to sportsmanship and respectful communication. After winning the bullet game, your message "oh arnie" could be perceived as condescending or disrespectful, especially if the player resigned early. Chess.com emphasizes the importance of treating all members with kindness and respect, and any comments that could be interpreted as mocking or taunting might lead to misunderstandings or negative reactions from other players.Additionally, the community guidelines state that members should avoid behaviors that could be seen as abusive or harassing. While your intention may not have been to offend, the perception of your message could have contributed to the staff member's decision to block you. If you are seeking clarification on specific violations, it might be helpful to reach out directly to chess.com support for more detailed information regarding your situation and any potential misunderstandings.
