Account "kicked"

I beat a chess.com staff member in an unrated bullet game.  His account is arnster31.  He kicked me off from playing future games and blocked me so I couldn't ask him why.  Can someone let me know what community guidelines I violated?  After the game, I messaged him "oh arnie" as he resigned early without his position being that bad (by bullet standards, anyway).  What's up with this?

I just want to be able to play again, or have an explanation of my violation, thank you

What do you mean by kicked? You can't play any games now? Are you banned from playing?

oh arnie was definetly a bit disrespectful although I can't be talking cause I have terrible sportsmanship... but getting banned is a bit too extreme even by chess.com standards. The most I think that someone would get in trouble with is a decent sized mute

A kick from Lice Chess is temporary, usually 30 minutes but could potentially be longer if there are multiple kicks.

I certainly can't speak to why you were kicked but if you have questions or concerns you could use the Support option in the menu to contact staff.
