Can a player be punished by chess.com for publicly accusing another player of cheating in a private club? even if someone takes a screenshot of the accusation and send it to staff

well i m not sure if they can get punished but if you are not cheating you wont get banned bc if they reported you chess.com will check your moves in comparison to stockfish moves so if yo did not cheat then its fine

i think saying it in a specific private club is encouraged by the mods, forgot the name though. idk if somoeone sends it to staff

I think in a club, "everything" is allowed, and the club admins are the ones who must decide it

Both get punished. The one who got reported as well as the accused. However in case of the guy who publicized it: I think it's upto the mods. The only thing I find the mods doing is... removing the post with [Removed~C].
