So I am new to chess and am watching a lot of chess on YouTube. Curious which you think is the most reputable or best for learning? I started off with Gothamchess but recently found Eric Rosen’s channel a bit more useful.

Gotham chess and hanging pawns are great channels. They have excellent lessons. You should also try chess vibes. Also, you said that you are new to chess. So, welcome to the chess community. I hope you have fun playing chess. 😀

If you are interested in actually becoming a better player, John Bartholomew and Daniel Naroditsky are the best by far!

That's a fairly new channel, isn't it? It seems to focus more on education than entertainment, and it looks pretty good

Hikaru Nakamura is very popular, although he speaks too fast for me to follow.

Yes it is new. And the ones I have seen is very instructive. There is a mix of very short videos with combinations etc. (suitable for the fhone) and longer videos shoving games, opening or strategic concepts.

lichess.com is the best

GothamChess and Chessbrah are my favorites. Channels like John Bartholomew's are also good for learning and becoming a better chess player.

Hanging Pawns is best for opening theory and analysis, and I watch GothamChess and Agadmator to learn about everything else, and they all do a really good job.
