Yea, that would be pretty lame.
1. On the diagram you posted, the bishops are on the same color. Are they allowed to be like that?
2. Do the positions have to be mirrored? In your example, the starting positions are not mirrored.
3. Aren't there positions where white has a forced win?
4. Is there castling?
5. Why is it called "Random Pawn 960" when there are more than 960 positions?
EDIT: I just noticed that black's starting position is a reflected version of white's starting position.
It's like 960 but all 16 peices including pawn get mixed up like this.
