I don't see why not. Even engines not suited for Fischer Random analysis can give very accurate evaluations.
I realize I'm necroing an old thread, but I have wished I could get post-game computer analysis of Chess960 games also. Β I find it very helpful in improving my standard chess games.

When I finished my first game of chess analysis, i found that there was no option of computer analysis, why is this??
Will there be computer analysis for chess960 in the future??
