Yes thank you! We used the markings of the parking spaces for some of the markings which helped and automatically dictated the size of the board. Larger pieces would be nicer and better markings as well, next time we will definitely try to make it more readable. We were quite happy with the distances we had to run at this size 
In may 2024, we organized a game of blitz chess on a 30 by 30 meter field. It was a unique experience where stamina was as important as chess skills.
We discussed the rules for a while and came up with 60 seconds on the clock with an 8 second increment. This resulted in a good mix between stamina and wit. Lower skilled players had a hard time keeping track of the board but the better players were able to play decent games while sometimes having to compromise due to physical limitations. It really stretched our physical and mental capabilities at the same time. At the end of the day we enabled the players to reach the clock on both sides of the field which made it better in our opinion as players tended to utilize only the side of the board close to the clock.
