@Athenathechesscub yes beliavsky is a great player and coach... although he isn’t considered a super gm he is as strong (and maybe even better than) as players like Hari Krishna, firoujza, etc

Beliavsky is a Legendary chess player and a Super GM. His peak rating is above 2700 and that's before factoring in inflation. And also, Harikrishna and Firouzja are both Super GMs.

yes; but he isnt as famous as Nepo or Karjakin, although he deserves to be

What is the definition of a super-GM nowadays?

My favourite Super GM is Panko Smoobachuk, because of his courage and will to play despite all the misfortunes he has suffered.

I meant he was because he's actually retires from competitive chess,.like Kramnik was a super GM and Kaspárov was a super GM.

has he? didnt know that. i was thinking of going to gibralter for the tournament because hes usually there

gmngana29

Daniil Dubov because of his dubious opening lines but still fixing "bad openings" Sort of like Kramnik revived the Catalan and Berlin

Joseph Henry Blackburne.

Three years after learning the moves he defeated Steinitz at London 1862. He was in the top 20 until he was  61 years old. He was one of the pioneering blindfold specialists. At the age of 72 he won a brilliancy prize at St. Petersburg 1914 for a win over Nimzovich.

He was a brilliant attacking player of the generation before Lasker.

He was called "The Black Death." What greater compliment can there be?

I am not sure this is an answer you'd expect or want to hear, but I think my favourite Super-GM is Hikaru, because I know him best.

Alexanderezekiel

Nodirbek because he beat magnus

Kyobir

probably 马格努斯 卡尔森
