Well actually some Indians are very competitive minded.... ( I am one of them ) . So if they starts loosing then they don't want to give easy wins to their opponents... Hence they waste time , also sometimes the winning player gets frustrated by this tactics and draw or even resign the game

Ahaha,
I posted this game in “why people don't resign” thread in this forum just 4 hours ago… and it’s a game against an indian player.
He/she offered me a draw in a completely lost position, then blocked me once I rejected it and now walking his king around the board.
It’s 5 days per move game, so it would take time. I decided to promote all my pawns before I mate him, lol.
Why always ranked 2-300 less elo than they should be, i get destroyed every time. Are they reverse boosting or something ? And in the other hand, when you beat them, they’re very bad losers and go afk wasting your time. Strange mentality
