what about Levy's GM title

Levy is currently playing in its second official over the board tournament in 2 yrs . he currently has 5 out of 6 in the tournament with 4 wins and two draws.In his first tournament in 2 yrs he got second place .He currently didn't get any GM norms and neither a rating of 2500 which is compulsory to become a Grandmaster . To become a GM you have to get 3 GM norms.
I think that Levy can become a Grandmaster
As far as I know, he already has two GM norms from competitions he played before he retired. The rating is his biggest problem at the moment
Levy Rozman will never be a GM and everirhing he do has only one purpose: make you to click on his videos

The thing with chess titles is the "minimums" are an illusion. It seems the only way to actually gain these titles are to go well above the minimums and have a random string of accomplishment along with achieving the minimums. So even though the min rating is 2500 or 2400 or whatever, it seems you have to hit like 2600 and win certain tournaments and beat other GMs, to gain the title yourself. Whereas Class B Class C you just hit the rating and that's it. The whole norms thing is stupid. Just have a minimum rating, raise it if needed, and say if you maintain it for 50 or 100 tournament games you're a GM, not these random slopped-together standards like you have to hit the rating but also beat exactly 5 GMs from 3 countries in 2 specific types of tournaments...etc
