Too many cheaters on here

I've been playing on Chess com for a while and I've encountered some obvious cheaters who move very slowly - ignoring the clock - and then suddenly start moving fast as their time is running out. It felt as if they were using a Chess engine and was calibrating it. I NEVER give them a rematch.

Then there are people who somehow disconnect and make the game just hand. I have no idea how they do it, but I leave my system on till the Chess com server recognizes I have the win. It happens too often for it to be coincidence.  Naturally I report this behavior. 

Chess com needs to have a resolution message for reports on incidents.

It might have happened because their account has been banned by chess.com for the violation of fair play policy

Moving very slowly at first but moving fast when low on time is called thinking, not cheating

Discussions about cheating are allowed in the cheating forum club but not in the regular forums.
