2 - Rank attained and MOS/Rate.
3 - Duty Station(s).
How does affect me being a RN recruit lol
1. Communications Technician (Radio Shack guy)
2. Petty Officer (NCO)
3. North Atlantic, Persian Gulf (3 times), Gibraltar Commcen 90-92, Falkland Islands......, and a lot of bars in between 
4.! Early discharge 1995 after 10 years service

In the Army folks are not referred to as reservists. In the Navy they are.

To catch up on some clerical work, here is a brief description of my tour of duty. Radioman 3rd class, attached to ComCruDesFlot12 1967-70. Duty stations include Dam Neck, Norfolk VA,& Mayport Fl. Ships included the Topeka, Newport News, Shangri la, Saratoga, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Shenandoah, &Tidewater. Tours include the Med, Caribbean, & North Atlantic. Would love to meet up with my old shipmates including all the chess players along the way.
