I am an admin of Team India and finding difficult to collect people for team matches.. the problem is all the members get a alert for all the team matches so most of the members are annoyed and have removed the alerts too. Inorder to avoid such things why cant the staff member come up with a new idea for below mentioned ..
1) when new matches are started, only members with that rating range shd be notified.
2) We admin should have a access to select the members based on ratings to send a news stating that the match is organised. For eg., if u have to send the alert for a <1700 match, u can post that news by selecting that range. so only thos players should recieve this message in their inbox.
By doing this we admins can easily organise better team matches.
Hoping that staff will come up with a good and positive result.
