Dear sir,
I was honorary secretary of Chandigarh chess Association (2002-2003) and vice president from 2003-2005. Due to some differences, i cancelled my primary membership. I would like to become a member of your association and float a parallel body in chandigarh under the body of Chess Association Of India. Please reply soon.
