Checkmate vs Loss on Time

The rules of chess state that if a player executes the checkmating move they do not have to press their clock because the result of the game is decided (therefore if they lose on time it doesn't matter they still win).

There is also a rule which states that if you lose on time but the opponent has insufficient material to checkmate, the game is drawn.

However, what happens if your clock falls when the position is such that there is only one legal move, checkmate?
