When playing e4, how to deal with Qf6!?

In Blitz, I’ve been taken apart a few too many times with a kingside attack starting with Qf6. If it’s 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Qf6, I’ve tried playing Nc3 Nd5 attacking the Queen and threatening the fork on c7, but this is easily dealt with. Help!

Your Nc3->Nd5 plan is ok, U can combine it with Bc4 too, putting some pressure on f7. 
Thanks for that, often when I try Nd5, the answer is Qd6, c6 and then I’m stuck!

It's impossible (both Qd6 and c6 with a reasonable position).
What move do U suggest for black?

2...Qf6 is a pretty terrible move. There is no forced win for White, but just good normal moves seem to guarantee him a very good position. I think it's pretty significant that you never see any really strong played use that defense. Your idea of Nc3-d5 looks pretty smart.
Could you post some games where you got into trouble after Black played 2...Qf6?

I cannot see why Qf6 is a good in fact it is a horrible move as the Queen is blocking development
