Lukasz Jarmula – The Bg5 Najdorf Revisited – Volume 2. I was looking online and this is the only book I found that might fit what you are looking for. I can tell you already that "Playing the Najdorf: A Practical Repertoire" by David Vigorito doesn't offer any coverage on the Poisoned pawn. Outside of my above selection, I'd look on Chessable.

This is your best bet.

Now keep in mind, this book is objective. Not skewed to White or Black. So don't just expect a slew of White or Black wins.
The best book is... a data base.
Books are obsolete while being printed.
Najdorf poisoned pawn games are being played while you read this.
