C5 in KID

I'm trying to learn more about KID, but I only understand the locked center kingside attack positions after the e5 pawn push if they lock the center like in Classical variation, etc, by understand I probably mean that I know that I need to attack and how, but I have no idea how to play variations with c5 pawn break, no difference in what move order or variation, I just don't get what am I paying for, what's the general plan, etc.

Any recommendations on what are the best variations to look at (like with Na6 first and then c5 or Fisher variation, I don't know much so this is just from the top of my mind) and maybe games or players whose games I can have a look at to learn general ideas and plans 

I find that ... c5 makes an excellent counter if White plays Bg5.

Another situation that favors ... c5 occurs in the Panno, against the classical fianchetto.
