Hi I’m looking for a new opening for black to learn and am 2100 online and around that otb and i was wondering what variation do you think would be the best to play for a win as well as being solid enough to play at my level

I wrote a blog post on this a while back. I think it applies fine at 2100 and answers your question - A Tour of the Sicilian - Choosing a Variation as Black - Chess.com

The sicilians which are more aggressive are the french sicilians (e6 opens up the kings bishop + prepares d5), the lines where Nc6 is played early on (allows for some more early tactics), or the tactical sicilians that arise after an early e5.
So the four knights, bastrikov, taimanov, classical, lowenthall, sveshnikov.
If you also want solid... one of the french sicilians would be my recommendation. But not the Kan, the maroczy bind line is difficult to play against and it's more passive with the early a6.
