Why is chess.com so slow on chess news?

Their biggest rival, chess24.com, reported on the FIDE Grand Prix problems with players having to drop out at the last minute.  A whole day later and nothing but crickets from chess.com.  

Uh, what up, guys?  Too busy hyping pog chumps to report real news?
