Whether you invade a country to expand your territory in a literal sense or just to ensure your interests aren't harmed isn't different. Iraq isn't the only victim, it's just the most famous example.
It's a bit different. The kerfuffle in Ukraine is mostly due to what Putin wants, not what his neighbors or the world wants. There was some agreement that going into Iraq was, at the time, the right thing to do. It wasn't just one country that wanted it, many of the neighbors wanted it too.
I think the somewhat untied stand against Russia is because this current disagreement is pretty one sided. Chess.com is a private company, they can do whatever they want. True they drop the ball from time to time, but nobody is perfect. They have to balance what is most profitable with what is right. Sometimes the scale tips heavily in one direction.
I disagree! The war against the iraq (and many others of the US, the so called proxy wars) were absolutely crimes! And the war against Iraq was just standing on a lie! And they knew it was a lie! No, you can´t defend this or the other wars of the US. They also destabilised the world and killed people!
